When you submit the appointment form we collect the details you enter: patient name, phone number, age, city, preferred date and time, and the medical concern you describe. If you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive whatever you choose to share, which may include medical reports.

We do not ask for or store payment information on this website.

How we use it

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange an appointment and follow up on it. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Where it is stored

Appointment requests are stored in a secure appointment-management system operated for the clinic by its website and technology provider, and are accessible only to the people handling appointments. Messages sent on WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies and maps

This website does not use advertising cookies. The embedded Google Map on the contact page is provided by Google and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or withdraw consent for its use. Call 080675 06860 or use the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
